Your health and fitness first
I Started this journey years ago when I was overweight, and had multiple small health issues, no energy and honestly no self confidence. I decided on changing my life and put myself as a priority. I made sacrifices of early workouts, late workouts and changing how I ate. I trained myself into being more aware of foods I chose, and how workouts would affect my body. It worked for me. I knew then, I wanted to help people look at exercise and nutrition differently. I am a very busy mom of two, I work full time, and I run the house. I went back to online to get certified in the field I am passionate about. So this is my passion, to help people. I am physically happy, and I am mentally happy. I feel good, and most importantly I am a role model for my two daughters to keep being active, choose the fuel for their bodies and I hope this will prolong a healthy long life for them.
I also had a will to help seniors to regain their independence after watching my grandmother suffer from Neurodegenerative disease.
If I can help some families keep their loved ones a little longer, that to me is the ultimate gift I could give.
